AGS FOCUSES ON HUMAN RESOURCE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Up to the present, the impact of COVID-19 has still not shown signs of cooling off and continued causing the significant effect on the global economy in general and aviation industry in particular. Facing such a challenge, the board of directors and all members of AGS has persisted and unanimously implemented many solutions in order to overcome this exceptional time. In addition to strictly comply with the recommended infection prevention measures and implement financial solutions in the time of crisis, AGS has also considered this period as the opportunity to perform training and cultivate skills and professional knowledge for staffs for the purpose of improving service quality as well as being ready when everything is back to normal.

As of March 2020, AGS training center has still maintained to deploy and perform periodical training according to CAAV's regulations with online learning. In addition, as the direction of the board of directors during this low season, AGS training center has also cooperated with the manager of each department to deploy internal training, it has brought the opportunity to members to be together learning and sharing the experience.

  • Internal training: management skills, Passenger Service Agent Skills, system and policies of the airlines, VIP/CIP passenger service skills, passenger service standards
  • Periodical training: Safety management system; dangerous goods CAT7, 8, 9 and 10
  • Cargo handling – unloading/loading in the passenger cabin

Human resource training and development is one of the important activities of the company, has a great role and meaning of company development. Although there are many difficulties ahead, AGS has still focused on promoting training activity and improving service quality, not only to offering better services to customers but also towards sustainable development in the future.
