AGS RECEIVES ITS FIRST ISAGO’S CERTIFICATION
In May 2020, AGS successfully passed a comprehensive audit for ground handling procedures on five components of the ISAGO standard: organization and management (ORM), load control (LOD), passenger and baggage handling (PAB), aircraft handling loading (HDL), and aircraft ground movement (AGM). And in September, 2020, AGS has proudly received the certificate from IATA.
For this certification, AGS operations underwent three days of the audit by ISAGO following months of planning and preparation. “The positive results could only have been achieved with the teamwork of all the operational and support divisions. It shows our commitment to providing a safe and healthy working environment for our people and affirms AGS as the ground handler of choice for the airlines at Cam Ranh International Airport" said Mr. Dang Duc Hoan - Chief Executive Officer.
ISAGO is an internationally-recognized system for assessing the operational management and control systems of an organization that provides ground handling services for airlines. It is based on industry-proven quality audit principles and is structured to ensure a standardized audit with consistent results across aviation businesses. The implementation of the ISAGO aims to improve safety as well as manage airlines costs by reducing ground accidents and injuries.
By obtaining the ISAGO certification, AGS affirms its position in the aviation industry and highlights the company's on going commitment to safety and security across its network.
