AGS TO BE HONORED WITH 2 PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS “EXELLENT SERVICE AGENT” AND “SAFETY HANDLE AWARD” FROM CHINA SOUTHERN AIRLINES
On July 06th 2019, at AGS meeting room, Aviation Ground Services (AGS) has been honored with “Excellent Service Agent” and “Safety Handle Awards” in recognition of its excellent customer services and ground-handling by China Southern Airlines (CZ).

Since establishment, AGS has constantly strived to improve service quality, placed customers as a center. We are extremely honored to have been recognized for our efforts and achievement in core areas of our business, establishing ourselves as a leading Ground-handling Agent in Cam Ranh International Airport (CXR).
Attending the award ceremony was 03 representatives from China Southern Airlines in Vietnam, whom are Mr. Cui Heng – General Manager of China Southern Airlines Ho Chi Minh city office, Mr. Stephen Li – Cargo Manager and Mr. Loi Vien Chi – Sales and Marketing Manager. On AGS side, there were Mr. Dang Duc Hoan – CEO of AGS, Mr. Tran Duc Hiep – Executive Vice President and Mr. Ly Lam Duy – Executive Vice President, CFO as well as manager of each department.
Mr. Cui Heng kicked-off the ceremony with a speech, stated that he warmly congratulated AGS for having won two awards “Excellent Service Agent” and “Safety Handle Award”, singled-out the excellent quality of service as well as the whole-hearted support from AGS during 4 years of operation. He hopes that these awards are effective motivators for AGS staffs and the bilateral corporation between AGS and China Southern Airlines will continue to grow. It was also worthy to mention that Mr. Cui Heng believe Vietnam is a golden goose for China Southern Airlines. 27 years ago, China Southern Airlines operated the first commercial flight to Ho Chi Minh city from Guangzhou city, and ever since then, the Airlines continued to open more direct flights to various cities of Vietnam. Statistically, 09 commercial passenger flights per day and 02 cargo flights every week with B747 to Ho Chi Minh, 05 commercial passenger flights per day to Ha Noi, 01 flight daily to Da Nang and Phu Quoc respectively and 02 flights per day to Cam Ranh. In the near future, China Southern Airlines will consider to operate wide-body aircraft en-route CAN – CXR – CAN.
On behalf of AGS members, Mr. Dang Duc Hoang – AGS’ Chief Executive Officer also shared his thoughts on receiving these awards. He insisted that AGS is honored to provide aviation ground services to China Southern Airlines, and it was gratifying to know AGS’ hard work and dedication have been recognised by these 02 prestigious awards. AGS is committed to service quality – it is the foundation of the company’s success and is how AGS will continue to grow. He hopes that on the path to further development and success, China Southern Airlines and AGS will continue to cement this solid partnership. Through this award ceremony, he wishes prosperity to China Southern Airlines, health and luck to all of China Southern Airlines’ leaders and employees.
