“TRADITIONAL VILLAGE MARKET 2017 – TEMPORAL COLOUR”

On the 87th anniversary of Vietnam Woman's Union establishment
(October 20th, 1930 – October 20th, 2017) and the occasion of Vietnamese Woman's Day (October 20th, 2017), Aviation Ground Services Company Limited (AGS) and Cam Ranh International Airport Services Joint Stock Company (CIAS) had co-organized the event “ Traditional Village Market 2017 – Temporal Colour” on October 18th,2017. The first time celebrated at Cam Ranh International Airport, “Traditional Village Market 2017” had brought a significant meaning by generating new impression and transformation.

With the theme “Temporal Colour”, the guests had enjoyed a real traditional village market of many years ago where honored the beauty of Vietnamese Woman in “áo bà ba” (Vietnamese Silk Ensemble - kind of shirt used by South Vietnamese people), four-panel traditional dress and Vietnamese food flavor. The special thing was the quintessence combination of culinary culture of 3 Viet Nam’s regions (North-Central-South) along with the local culture, varied and rich culinary style. Notably, eight “countryside restaurants” had been decorated skillfully by talented staffs of AGS and CIAS that generated an assertive mark for the event. The original feature of each booth made the framework of "Traditional village market 2017" became more attractive and colorful. The visitors could enjoy many kinds of traditional dishes with delicious taste: noodle with fried tofu & shrimp paste – “Bún Đậu Mắm Tôm”, “nem chao”, “giả cầy”,… from Northern Delta; “bê thui cầu mống”, “tré”, “chả bò”,… special food of Central Viet Nam; pancake – “Bánh Xèo”, grilled Snakehead fish,… from Mekong River Delta. On the other hand, it couldn't but mention the famous dishes that has made the trademark of Khanh Hoa's cuisine such as “Nem Ninh Hòa”, “Bánh Căn”, seafood grilled,...

“Traditional village market 2017” was also the occasion in order to exchange and improve the relationship between companies, units, and airlines that have been operating and running the business at Cam Ranh International Airport. Especially, it also welcomed the visit of some foreign visitors while waiting for their flight.
